Add Value to your Event with a Photographer and On-Site Printing!

Did you know you can have a photographer for events, parties and balls at your [hotel] to take photographs of your guests and provide prints almost instantly?  A sample photograph in a mount is enclosed showing the quality your guests will receive.

The main points are:

• There is absolutely no cost to either the [hotel] or the event organisers.
• Normally, on-site photography could cost between £200 and £500 if booked direct.
• We use the latest Canon digital cameras with wireless technology to capture the images.
• Printing is done on a state of the art [touch-screen] system with high speed dye sublimation printers
• A 9x6 print is produced on the night and is available for purchase in a quality mount see samples for only £10.00
• Providing a photographer for an event would be ‘added value’ for [the hotel] and may secure a booking if in competition with another venue.
• All that we require is an area to take the photographs in and a smaller area with power to print and display them.
• We are happy to support charitable events by way of a donation based on sales or vouchers for photographs.
